Edward Johnson is a man of many hats…A motivational speaker, a musician, an entrepreneur, a builder, and an engineer to name a few. In 2020, searching for an outlet to exercise the pain and uncertainty of the climate we currently live in, he founded GenWEL United, Inc.
Jasen Johsnon
Vice Chairman
Jasen is a devoted husband to his wife of 26 years, Adrieene, and a proud father of three children. With his strong communication skills developed through years of experience in Information Technology and Accounting, Jasen has a keen ability to connect with others. Jasen is passionate about developing youth. He is also a natural leader, coaching youth football and winning the youth Championship four consecutive years. He was also the President of the Flowery Branch Junior Falcons organization in NE Georgia for over 10 years.
Eddie Edwards IV
Director of Process Development
Eddie is a respected 20+ year veteran of the United States Army, having served on numerous tours in Iraq, Kuwait, Korea, and more. He also served as an Army recruiter, helping others find their place in the military. Despite his demanding work, Eddie is equally devoted to his role as a loving husband and father.
Stacy Winchester
Director of Community Outreach
With over 30 years of experience in playing an active social activism role in a myriad of ways - from serving as an ambassador for Gamma Delta Kudo (a youth-driven organization), to being in a role of facilitation with CANUSA, a joint project of Hamilton Canada and Flint, Michigan, where youth from all ages compete in a variety of sports and activities.
Rawlan Lillard II
Director of Partner Advocacy
Graduating from an HBCU (Wiley College) with a degree in business administration, Rawlan has made his way through life by operating ranging from retail store manager, college admissions director, corporate relations manager, career development manager, social development director, community school director, and program manager, to name a few. experience, he shares what he knows to make a difference.
Robby L. Knight Jr.
Director of Operations
Rob is serving at the Georgia Dept. of Education while also pursuing his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, consuming all things sports, and finding meaningful ways to lend his energy to those in need. Many pointed efforts towards service include church volunteer facilitation, small group leadership, mentoring, peer counseling, as well as helping people to maximize their overall potential.
